Information we receive
When you use the contact form, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name, company, email address, phone number, enquiry category and message. Standard web-server logs may also record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access for security and operational purposes.
How information is used
Information is used to review and respond to enquiries, coordinate requested services, maintain website security, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations. It is not sold.
Contact-form security
The contact form uses a temporary session identifier and anti-spam controls. This functional session is necessary for form security and is not used for advertising.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared internally with the IMDAD personnel responsible for the relevant enquiry and with service providers who support authorised business operations. Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, business records, security or legal obligations.
